🇮🇹 30 years ago Mafia killed the judge Giovanni Falcone, his wife Francesca Morvillo and police officers Vito Schifani, Rocco Dicillo and Antonino Montinaro.

👨‍⚖️Giovanni Falcone and his colleague and friend Paolo Borsellino (who mafia killed on 19 July 1992) were the first to have identified and sentenced the leaders of the Sicilian mafia, also know as Cosa Nostra, in what was called “maxi - trial”: there was 475 defendant, it lasted from 1986 to 1992 and it ended with heavy sentences.

⚖️ All civil society must take an example from these people and fight against all types of mafia for legality. We would like to share with you a Giovanni Falcone’s quote: “The men pass the ideas remain. Their moral tensions remain and they will continue to walk on the legs of other men”.
